Could a tiny patch alter the dynamics of my marriage? The longer we've been together (eight years and counting) the better our sex life has become. But it's getting around to it that's the trouble.

We have demanding careers, a packed-to-the-rafters house and a toddler. All these distractions affect me far more than my man.
